We bought this product as new grandparents. When our children and new grandson visited they were very happy with this product. The changing area was very useful. The fact we could raise the bed to accommodate a new baby was important. We even used the diaper holder that hangs from the side.

I checked this out at a store and it is not as sturdy as I would want it. I did not like the way it was shaking when I checked the base.
